Happy Birthday!

Who's birthday, you might say? Not Q's or Avery's or even Cole's... are you thoroughly confused yet? My blog. Happy first birthday sheldon5. Take a look back to remember the day. I didn't add a nostalgic song, so hum one while you look at the early pictures. =)

Whistles and yoyos

Two things I forgot to add. This week Cole learned two new things. He can now whistle (you can barely hear it, but it's there), and he can make a yoyo go down and up once. He told me this morning he wants to be a grown up man like daddy. I'm not ready for that, but he sure is growing up.

Three down...

With the aid of Bryan's pliers, Avery is a gold dollar and a quarter richer this morning. She had been wiggling a tooth for weeks, and it was finally "extracted" last night. She put it on her nightstand instead of under her pillow (just in case the tooth fairy was too short to reach her bed). Hopefully this new one will grow in before she looses more, or I'm not sure she'll be able to eat.

If you haven't heard, some friends (old and new) organized a fun ay to meet new people and have a bit of fun. We were assigned a family and asked to send them a small package of goodies from my kids. We sent some sea shell stuff to the kids in Connecticut. They sent us some amazing little bags decorated, books, and masks for Q. Oh what fun it's been. So much fun, in fact, I'm posting two sets of pictures.
